Tier Architecture Logic
Each tier is a stepping stone — Self-Serve customers upgrade to Guided when they hit complexity walls; Guided becomes DFY when they need fleet deployment; DFY becomes Enterprise referrals when they bring AIIP™ into their org. The Operator Course feeds Self-Serve and converts course graduates into Guided clients.
Margins are structured so Self-Serve subsidizes lead generation, Guided is the core revenue tier, DFY is the high-margin tier, and Enterprise is the strategic anchor.
